Reservation Policies

Deposit Requirements

  • Guest Rooms: One night deposit required
  • Apartments: 35% deposit required
  • Deposit due at time of booking
  • Balance due 30 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 14+ days: Full refund
  • Cancellations 7-13 days: 50% refund
  • Cancellations <7 days: No refund
  • Refunds processed within 14 days

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in by arrangement
  • Late check-out may incur fee
